Hospital Deliveries
If your order is being delivered to a hospital, please be aware that each hospital has its own mailroom and package delivery procedures. Once your package has been delivered to the hospital, additional delays may occur before it reaches the recipient.
Dear Mama is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Hospital mailroom processing
- Hospital security procedures
- Hospital staff or volunteer delivery schedules
- Incorrect or incomplete patient or hospital information provided during checkout
- Patients being discharged before the package is delivered
Package Condition
We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our facility. Minor cosmetic imperfections to the outer shipping box, such as small dents, scuffs, or creases that occur during transit, do not qualify as damaged merchandise if the contents remain intact.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives with significant damage to the contents, please submit a replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your claim, please include:
- Clear photos of the damaged shipping box
- Photos of the damaged products
- Your order number
- A brief description of the damage
Our team will review each request and, if approved, a replacement box will be shipped to the address you provide on the replacement request form.
Dear Mama reserves the right to review all damage claims before issuing a replacement.
